A FEW WORDS ABOUT me

It’s not about being good at something, it’s about being good to yourself

My name is Audrey and my passion is sharing yoga, this wonderful practice with the world. I am a certified personal pilates/yoga instructor and yoga therapy trainer. Here is a little bit about my story how I find the healing through yoga.

I started yoga about 15 years ago. I suffered from a back pain, caused by a mild lumbar scoliosis. I was tired of this ongoing problem and to go to doctors office without getting any better.

I thought ok, I can not loose anything so I try to do some yoga exercises , to see if it could help…. I never stopped to practice yoga after that. It calmed my back pain right after 30 minutes of exercising.
Now I ENJOY the excellent benefits of pilates as well, my spine health is better and better.

 With every year I got deeper in the magical world of this beautiful ancient practice and its philosophy.

I enjoy all the benefits it brings in my life and I would love to share it with you too, that is my motivation to become a yoga instructor, to help others with their journey of healing and becoming a better self.
