AQUA YOGA
Water yoga is a 45 minutes practice in the pool or in the sea where we use the water calming relaxing benefits. This type of low-impact yoga activity is really helpful for: seniors, pregnant women, overweight adults or people who have osteoarthritides, mobility impairments or suffering from some kind of former injuries. The practice in the water protect the joints therefore increases its range of motion. Improve flexibility, increase balance and mind body connection while decreasing stress and anxiety and reduce pain in the body.
MAT-BASED PILATES
Mat-based pilates is a series of exercis performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weitht to provide resistance. It’s a low impact excercise where we are moving slowly, controling our breath and posture. Pilates is focused more likly of muscular endurance and control of the precise movement, that’s why it was called contrology.
PILATES WITH PROPS
There are classes as well, where we use bands, balls, weights, pilates rings or as simple as a wall to challange the exercise program, by using these props to complet and motivate our workouts. The props can help to progress faster after mastering the basic fondations of pilates.
MISSION
I like to give love and light and make people feel good in their lives by spreading the good news of well being through yoga, Pilates. So many people don’t even know how good their body can really feel. I believe there is a magical connection between every souls. When we work together face to face without technology between us, the energy flows naturally, which I find a real value, a treasure to hold on, in this modern world.
We are committed to find balance in everyones lives!
From Hatha the Sun and Moon, the traditional yoga practice to Vinyasa flow like a dance of the ocean waves, the relaxing restorative and yin yoga classes you can choose what is the most beneficial to you at this moment.
Every class incorporates: yoga postures-asanas, gentle movement sequences, intention settings, breath work-Pranayama, guided relaxation and meditation-savasana to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and the body, quieting the nervous system.
In the practice you gain strength and flexibility but the main focus and the building block is the connection with yourself, respecting the body as it is the temple of our soul.
Its not about being good at something,
It’s about being good to yourself.
